Spicy Shakshuka with Harissa
Spicy ethnic breakfast dish popular in North Africa and the Middle East.
Heat thinly sliced yellow onions and bell peppers in a pan with olive oil. Stir in tomato paste, garlic and Grecian Delight® Harissa Sauce. Add tomatoes, salt and sugar. Stir in some parsley and create wells in sauce mixture to add cracked eggs. Cover and cook. Add freshly ground black pepper, more parsley and serve with warm slice Pita bread (#025) or Naan (#052900).
