Chicken Salad Cups with Hummus
Mix Traditional Hummus (#4390) with Greek Yogurt (#05006) and season with Lemon juice. Toss shredded rotisserie chicken with Hummus and Greek Yogurt mix, adding in minced shallot, crumbled Feta (#117), chopped tomato and sliced Kalamata olives (#403). Spoon mixture into lettuce cups and sprinkle with chopped fresh dill and parsley.
