Great combination of two Mediterranean classics!
Place 7 oz of pickled sweet beet slices in a food processor and blend until smooth and transfer to a mixing bowl. Portion 1 lb of Grecian Delight® Hummus (#4390) into bowl and mix thoroughly so the beet puree incorporates with the Hummus. Store finished mixture in refrigeration for 24 hours prior to serving to allow flavors to come together. Serve with toasted pita wedges.
